In the spring of last year, we released improved email and dashboard notifications to provide better Data Connector insights. After hearing your feedback we recently added a quality of life improvement. Now you can control who on your team receives Data Connector Email Updates.

Generally, we recommend that at least one person on your team keeps these email notifications turned on. As a result, you ensure visibility into any new campaigns, ad sets or ads your Data Connector(s) processed. In addition, you to quickly identify potential processing errors so that you can make any necessary adjustments.

Enabling Data Connector Email Updates For Team Members

Until now only the person that created the Data Connector would receive notification emails which is limiting if you are working with a bigger team. In addition, it’s not conducive to someone’s workflow to remember who created what Data Connector.

You can now expand a drop-down below the  Enable Data Connector Email Updates by clicking on the blue arrow to the right of the field. This will display all team members in your account and you can toggle who will be included/excluded from Data Connector notification emails.
