Facebook now lets you see a list of all possible apps and sites where your ads could run, before campaign launch, and block the ones you don’t want to deliver ads to.

Go to the top left menu in the Ads Manager

Go to Block List on the left in the business manager and click +Add

You can now download a list of where your ads could are eligible to display.
